Also, I think the real desired focus of his thread is the school at #4.

I'd expect a private school in the second largest city in the U.S. to have a good number of billionaire alumni.

Only one that surprises me is Michigan. Mostly that it's above some other top schools. I would have guessed it in the bottom few

Of course it matters...to some degree.

If so many dominate the list that are "expected" - like the Ivy...you would hope for some lesser schools in there - but it appears the "connected" schools dominate the list.

Putting a dent in the...anyone can be a billionaire from any school - true it's possible and obviously happens - with that 35% not graduating.

But graduating - The Ivy and "almost Ivy" schools dominate.

difference between #4 and #20 is 10 billionaires. i think once you get outside the top 4-7, its not really an indication of anything.

really i dont think the list is an indication of anything that might separate the schools that are on the list
