I was walking out of the door yesterday to go buy alcohol before the game and got cornered by Jehovah's Witness.
She asked me if I am concerned with how man is destroying the earth. I said "no". Then she handed me a pamphlet titled "will man ruin the earth beyond repair" with a picture of a chemical plant on front and started to preach. I just walked off.
I would post a pic but I don't feel like uploading it. If someone wants, I'll email it.

Because the media bias thing has been the kick over the past few days......any one wanna guess now much they should have lost their shite if it would be a Tea Party organization saying some of the same things?

Idgaf what any of them protest, tbh. Just don't bother me on a Saturday during football season when I'm going buy my liquor.
But I agree... If it would have been a tea party organization, they would have lost their shite. 24 hour coverage.

Those people are truly delusional. Their 91-page draft "constitution" is nothing more than a long-winded essay of whining and complaining about capitalists. 91-pages of naval gazing written by people who barely passed grade school or limped their way through a Lib Arts degree that anyone with a room temperature IQ could achieve.

So "The Blaze" (that bastion of reason and solid journalism) found some fringe radicals (who will be back working their shitty 9 to 5's tomorrow) engaging in a protest march in NYC.
Wow. That's really something.

There was a show of solidarity locally. Sadly, one of the groups I used to be involved with is all in. Too bad that the climate change movement has been hijacked by the far left activists. They feel there's govt. money in there somewhere for them

Obviously those China Cap and Trade markets are working well.

not per capita
quote:
While the per capita average for the world as a whole is 5 tonnes of carbon dioxide, China is now producing 7.2 tonnes per person, to the EU's 6.8 tonnes. The US is still far ahead on 16.5 tonnes per person.

"They are still nowhere near the US or Australia, but the fact that they have surpassed the EU will be quite surprising to a lot of people."

Sure it has. You're a prime example. You simply see it as an US vs THEM political issue. The far left sees it as a means to change the political landscape.

Every time the sam ebunch of assholes gets together for one of their "causes" it is true. It is true over and over again so of course it isn't original to call them that because they aren't original.

I actually don't see it as a political issue at all, but thanks for informing me of my views Roger!

Sure you do. You post dozens of climate change threads on the Political Talk board.

I'm still confused as to how their growing per capita co2 footprint negates the size of their footprint as a whole.
