Miss St. had thirteen seniors line up last night as starters vs seven for LSU. Miss St. lost no juniors to the draft. We lost nine. They are fielding a veteran team vs. our youngsters. If this trend doesn't stop, then we'll always be playing a "young team" vs. their veterans. It showed last night. They dominated the lines, both of them.

Not sure why people can't understand this. LSU is young and will continue to improve

As long as everyone gets worse then it would be great but that isnt how things work

It's fricking coaching!! The little troll at Bama lets his Oc coach our head man doesn't! Les needs to get out the game plan, start trusting others!!

How are we going to improve when all te Juniors and RS Sophmores leave to go to the NFL. Next year we are right back where we are right now. Young and small.

People need to stop with the young excuse, LSU's O line isn't young, yet they are one of the major weaknesses. There is zero reason the offense should look like this. Our freshmen receivers have gotten open plenty. Jennings just doesn't know how to get the ball to them. Alabama and plenty of other teams lose lots of talent every year as well. This has been in on going problem for years, idk how people can continue to defend Miles. I love the guy and support him, but its ignorant if you can't see the problem. Whats most concerning is we continue to NOT make adjustments. The coaching staff continues to have this team unprepared, at some point they need to be held accountable. No changes are adjustments are being made. If Les put Harris and other people in last night and it didn't work, I can't really complain, but unfortunately this is how it is. If yall think the Miss St. game was bad, wait until we play Auburn, Ole Miss, Alabama. Florida will be hard. We will get our arse handed to us even worse if this keeps going. If a player can't get the job done then they shouldn't be playing.

Quit saying we're never going to win again!!! We have a W already for the NMSU game. Quite a foolish statement sir.

After what we saw last night, I don't really see your point. In the college game it seems to be as much about leadership and experience as it is about talent. State had it, we didn't and it showed.

I think the main issue is we do not utilize the talent, Fournette hasn't had the ball in his hands much, we make it way to predictable on offense, Welter needs to be scratched this is all things the coaches can fix. Harris does deserve a shot, Jennings experience hasn't done anything.

Our O-line isn't at all young and our d-ends are both fourth year players. D-tackles are the only guys on either line that are young. Youth is not the problem.

The young bit is getting this way every year. Seems we have more players bolting for NFL early than other teams. When are we NOT facing a rebuilding year?

Name me a first year starting QB at LSU who has looked good since Rohan?

Mauck sucked his first year until the Florida game. Mett until the Bama game. Jamarcus didn't come on until his second year to start. Remember his first Florida game? Took Flynn half a year to get it together with the receivers. Then there is JJ and JL.

The exception will be when a first year starting qb lights it up.

NO, no, no. According to most LSU fans, seniors do not matter. We already have people on here predicting who will leave next year. I am with you. Seniors do matter, and players leaving early hurt us tremendously. Les needs to keep players around for their senior years.

A&M has a young team also, that's not an excuse.
