The bride and I went last night and it was great as usual. I had spinalis and wife had triple tail . Both were delicious but as usual and my favorite thing was the mushroom mousse. The service was also impeccable like always.

That's good because the one in BR sucked the last 2 times we went. Food was cold, tough and disgusting.

It's been a while since I've been (usually just eat at the in-laws or my family's home when I'm that way), but it's always been fantastic.

We go a lot on Sundays if we do the afternoon mass.... Always good and consistent.
We went this Wednesday And had those beef cheek raviolis. Good shite.
I'd say this... If your food was cold and tough at a place like ruffinos send that shite back. They will serve you more food... I'd complain about getting bad food and give them a chance to rectify.

The first time we did let them know about the my food. I think they took my plate and just warmed it in the microwave. The second time, about 2 months ago, was much worse. This time, 5 out of 6 dishes were cold and everyone was served their entree's separately. Just a bad experience. All 5 of the plates had all of the food still on them and we told our waiter about it! No one came to our table other than the waiter with our bill! I used to love Ruffinos years ago but not anymore !

Been twice, and my parents have as well (Lafayette location), and I must say our experiences have been a complete 180 from your's.
