When do you make a phone call to the President of Florida State (or whatever their equivalent of the Board of Supervisors)and explain to them to drop Winston like a live grenade?

The Title IX case isn't going away, and with the latest stuff to come out, will not go away...

I'm not a lawyer, but I think you could make a case for legal liability going beyond the university to the state...

If I'm the Gov of Florida, I've got bigger thing to worry about then whose the starting QB at FSU.

Rick Scott is ahead in the polls. No way he jumps into that fray.

I have a feeling that before this is over, he might have to. This could end up going beyond the university and into local and perhaps state law enforcement.

Leave it alone.

Winston will declare for the NFL soon, and in light of his actions on top of the beating the NFL is currently taking, no one will draft him.

Then we are all done with him forever.

The Raiders are still in the NFL, correct?

That ship has sailed so getting rid of Winston wouldn't do anything but alienate a good percentage of his constituents.

The incident happened off campus, the county and then state both refused to charge him after seeing all the evidence. His lawyer isn't going to allow him to say anything more than what he said in his police statement.

So I would tell the Governor are you asking the athletic director of a college to do something that your attorney general refused to do?

No he isn't. He's just currently residing in the body of Jerry Jones.

I don't understand why people are disagreeing with you. You do bring up a good point. The state of Florida has been a big mess recently.

Wat? The economy is on point, employment rate is ahead of the national average and the housing market state wide is doing well.

I wouldn't even dream of it.

I hope I would have bigger issues than what some idiot college kid is doing.

Yeah, Kentucky almost beat UF in the swamp. That is a bigger concern than the QB at FSU.
