Guntersville Bass Tourney Cheaters Sentenced - And hypothetical question for you

I think someone started a thread on this when they were caught. They have been sentenced.

Am I reading this right....that they can skip the 30 days in jail if they forfeit their hunting and fishing privileges?
Even if not....hypothetical....would you skip 30 days jail time and lose your hunting / fishing privileges as a result?
I think I would have to sit in jail 30 days.

I would do the 30 days in jail, but probably request that I go into "the hole" in ad-seg.

most places it wouldn't work, the guards would probably snitch the convicted cheatingPOS to the other inmates just to see them get their come-uppins..
