I tried my hand at a new MLS logo. When coming up with the design, I said to myself "What would the SB want?" Immediately, the NBA logo jumped out at me. Of course. The most difficult part was finding a player who is so iconic, so important to the game here, and so American that you guys couldn't deny him being the logo of our league. Suddenly, it all clicked. It was so simple. I don't know why I didn't think of it before.

Thought it was terrible until I read the description of it's meaning. I actually think it's really cool after reading what each piece of it stands for. And I should say that I am quite indifferent to the league, so I don't have a dog in the fight either way.

I think it's awesome. I love how the logo will be in the colors of each team on their respective jerseys. Well done MLS.

Which is odd because those stupid nonsensical explanations detracted from the logo for me.
