When will attempted murder charges be filed against these frats?

Watch as LSU frat boys attempt to murder another frat boy:

They are kicking him with their feet while he is on the ground, and at least one fray boy attempts to kick the victim in the head (unclear from the video if he succeeded).
We learned from Jena that a foot to the head is a deadly weapon, is it not? So obviously these boys need to be arrested and charged with attempted murder.

I am a vindictive, mean arsehole.
I grew around many, many southern sons of privilege, with some of whom I am still very close friends. I know exactly this type. My best friend and I decided to go fight Ahmed and his Haji buddies after college instead of going into daddy's real estate or trial lawyer firms. To say there is not some bitterness there for the two of us would be lying, and I sincerely don't believe that it's some great honor to be in the military or anything like that.
It is more the detachment from blood and dirt that these kind of kids have that drives it.

I never knew that culture; I was headed toward being a wannabe member of it , but then I took another path and left Louisiana.
I never would have fit in. Not because I'm better than it in any way. I just always felt different. But I perceived it to be a higher class than I was from and therefore something to aspire to
