Anybody going to a Zwanze Day spot this weekend around the country? I got lucky and won a spot at Jester King and wanted to see people's experiences?

I drank a lot of good beer, then went somewhere else and drank a lot of good beer, then I wrecked my bike trying to drunkenly get home and got in a fight with my girlfriend. A+ experience. Would do again.
Gonna miss it this year as I won't be able t get to the pub in time to get a ticket.

Went late last year. Was already packed. Went drink at ton of other great stuff at R2R's. I wouldn't mind going, but I think I'll just be at the LSU game this year.

I've been at Avenue Pub a few times... they handle the crowds well, but it's still a little too busy for my tastes. It's been on LSU home game days recently so I haven't been to see if the crowd is better/worse since Jester King is also hosting the last few years.

The TX laws blow so JK had a drawing for 450 people and if you win a spot you will get to try one 4oz sample of the Zwanze beer or 3 other Cantillon beers. They can't sell any of their other offerings either. I imagine it will be worth the trip out there.

Not gonna make it between kids soccer games and going to the LSU game. I'll drink some sort of sour beer from my cellar in honor of it.

I'll be doing Zwanze at Redlight, Redlight in Orlando.
Not a very lavish setup and relatively few beers on tap. Shaping up for a pretty epic bottle share though..
