Is Collins better? Or is Robinson being punished for something. Robinson was dominant last year and has hardly seen the field last 2 games.

No doubt Collins has been good. But I personally believe Robinson is better. But in Chavis I trust

Robinson looked dominant indeed but don't forget Collins was also dominant as a freshman but regressed a bit. NFL mocks had him going in the first round after his freshman year. It looks like he is turning into that player everyone had hoped.

Plus, you can't argue with the results on the field.

Huh? He played a great game against Evans in the TAMU battle but was "dominant." He didn't get in all of the practice time over the summer he should have because he was taking care of more important things off the field and as a result got passed by a VERY good player in Collins.

This. He has played very well as well as Jalen Mills and DeWayne Thomas. Our DB's are have been great.

I believe Robinson becomes the starter by year end but too many good corners is a good problem to have.

I would guess he has to win his job back and Collins has been outstanding.

i would like to see collins moved to safety next year like mills. next year, white, robinson, collins and adams might be best LSU starting secondary EVER.

Pretty nice to have a guy who would start on just about any other team sitting on the bench, ain't it.

Collins is a really good DB in run support, but I think he's going to struggle against elite SEC receivers. He's been a good tackler but an average cover man in the past, so until I see him cover some decent WRs, I'll err on the side of caution with him. Robinson proved last year that he's pretty good in man coverage, so I think as the season progresses you'll see more of RR opposite of White.

I think Collins is still starting because he earned the spot. RR obviously didn't handle his business the way it needed to be handled after the 2013 season, so it doesn't make sense to reward him with starts, especially when Collins has been strong so far. Both will have to play a lot this season regardless of who starts.

We are just so stacked in the backfield on both sides, I prefer everyone working in and keeping each other fresh and pushing each other.

CLM is not an idiot.. once we get into the thick of the schedule the best man will play. It wont be any time to play kids to prove a point.. just watch!!

NOT TRUE!! You can't get a starting spot back unless the starter does something wrong to give it up. I like what the coaches are doing getting all 3 CBs in the game playing both right and left corner!! Our DBs are no joke!!

Great problem to have and both will play many snaps. Look at safety, Mills and Martin look great yet Jefferson and Adams play a lot. Of all the position groups on the field, the DBs are easily the least group to worry about. Really not one player back there looks like a liability.
