Sort of a spin-off from the MNF Announcer thread. I've always liked games with Brad Nessler. I also think Joel Meyers does a really good job for the Pelicans.

Doc Emrick is the best in the business, he can be unknown/underrated to anyone that doesn't follow hockey at all.

I am neutral on Meyers, but he just strikes me as someone who would be a total a-hole away from the camera. I may be totally wrong...just a vibe I get.

Yep, I do not care about hockey at all, but Emrick brings commentating to another level.

Nessler is my favorite play-by-play guy, and he and Todd Blacklege are the best football team on TV.

Brad Nessler is the closest thing we have, now, to Ron Franklin. I like him, not that it counts for all that much.

Not pbp, but daryl johnston is underrated doing color. He doesnt resort to catch phrases and doesnt use an annoying "tv voice". Just comes across as a regular dude talking about football. like goose on the sideline as well.
