My son graduated from LSU in May and won't get a job.

What can I do to motivate him to get off my payroll? I'm old and need help understanding this generation.

WTF? Why is he on your payroll in the first place? Necessity is the mother of invention - kick his arse to the curb. He's a grown arse man with a college degree. If he can't help himself at this point you have failed as a parent. My parents cut me off at 18 and I'm just fine. Sink or swim - he's an adult.

He won't get a job? Or he can't get a job? Or he wants to go back to school instead? I have trouble believing he's just calling it quits on life, and has no idea about paying bills etc., and what it costs to live life.
