Amazon offered the most money by a good bit on my last phone sale. The only catch is you get paid in amazon credit which is not a problem to me.

Estimate the selling price of the phone and use ebay's fee calculator to calculate the selling fees. Odds are it will be more that the flat $10 that swappa charges.

did you get that quote online or in the store? that's what I heard too but I went online and answered a bunch of questions and they offered us $15 for my wifes 4. its in great condition

I sold my iphone 5s for $400 a couple of weeks ago and the glass by the camera lense was broken. I also sold my 4 for about $300 at the time.
