I like weyerbachers way more than pumpking. I really like river horse in njs hippo-lantern. But pumpkinator is still my favorite.

I had this for the first time last night and I enjoyed it. I am not a fan of the pumpkin beer style, but this one was really good.

I'm not a fan of most pumpkin beers, either. I look at pumpkin beers as a variant on other styles, rather than a style unto itself. I've had pumpkin stouts, pumpkin ales, and pumpkin sours. I have never had a pumpkin IPA, and God willing, I never will...

You are right. I should have said "pumpkin beers". I found the one I had last night to be very good though. Like you said, not sure if my tastes are changing or if I finally found one I like.

Just had it for the second time and admit that i like it a lot more than the first. A really good beer, even with the pumpkin.

I'm a stout fan so maybe I am a bit swayed. Wish I grabbed another six to compare over time.

I find Pumpkinator to be "spicy".

BJ's Brewhouse makes a good pumpkin brew.

Old Rail's was really solid last year. Looking forward to trying it again.

CCB Good Gourd is an excellent example of balance as well. Very tasty and not too heavy on the spice or sweetness.
