If it wasn't for him, the Blacklist would be unwatchable. For FBI agents, these guys/gals are complete fricking morons.

He's one of the most underrated actors out there. Shocked that he didn't make it huge after Stargate and a run of great roles in lesser known films (Sex, Lies, and Videotapes; Less Than Zero; The Music of Chance).

Was typecast as a douche because he did it so well.

His turn as Steff in Pretty in Pink is pure greatness. Same awesomeness in Less Than Zero.

I thought he was really good in 2 Days in the Valley. A movie I find very underrated.

He and Shatner carried Boston Legal.

I really can't stand his acting. I find it ridiculously corny. Not my cup of tea.

I loved him as Robert California even though a lot of people hated the character.

Boston Legal and the endings were cool.

Indeed the endings were cool. Got me to take back up cigars and brandy outside before coming in to go to bed.

He really did solid work on Boston Legal. He kept his fellow flamingo in check.

He's one of those actors that's just better on TV than he is in movies. Like Bryan Cranston.
