Best Slow cooker recipes

Just got a new slow cooker, can I please get some ideas of things to prepare?

Roast and veggies
Cook up some rice too

Chop up about 4-5 apples (green and red) and toss with cinnamon. Layer on the bottom of the crock pot.
Rinse two jars of vlassic saurkraut and place over the apples.
Top the kraut with chooped onions and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
Cover that with a layer of bacon.
Season some fatty pork (like fatty chops or boneless country ribs) and place on top of everything.
Close lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Enjoy!
