Okay, PRob has a bad track record and had a terrible game. But he's not worse than a gimpy Jabari Greer. Sorry. That said, PRob is coming off major injuries and I really wish the Saints would have aggressively addressed the other CB position. But, with the cap and who the Saints have to pay, I guess this is the situation. Let's see if they can manage.

One hell of a player I wish he would not have gotten hurt. He had quite a few years left in him.

IMO, I think he has 1 more productive season in him.

The injury must have been worse than we thought. I was hoping he'd come back in a McKinzie type role if needed later in the season.

Great Saint and I hope he stays around the New Orleans area and can find some role with the team or the city.

Regardless, every player who has a major injury like this has to ultimately decide if one more season is worth a lifetime of dealing with the negative effects of that decision. Good decision for him, just think how many players keep playing for that chance to win the SB? He's already done it.

I really have no idea why fans say stuff like this.

"Oh, I know nothing of the extent of his injury, his progress rehabbing, or his life right now...but I'm pretty sure he has one more season in him."

His injury was brutal it was hard to watch. I remember saying he is done to my brother when I saw it. A leg is not meant to bend that way. Had to tear everything in his knee. A good friend of mine had a knee injury like that playing football and still limps to this day.
