The fact he's cutting is a good thing.
Three fact he's cutting after expanding the food stamp rolls to record highs tells me that this will be blamed on the Rs for making poor people starve during the midterms.

Better than nothing, but what's the cut relative to? Food stamp spending for 2013? Or, previously-planned food stamp spending that included an x% annual increase? Article lacked specifics and if this was answered when the bill was passed I don't remember
