What time is early enough to be able to secure a spot in the free parking lots?

11-12 you should still be able to find some free parking.....just don't try this on the 20th vs. Moo State!

The Ag lot was about 50% full on Saturday at 10 AM. There were still some spots left at noon, but not many.
