Chubby ugly loud mouthed bitches gonna bitch. Reminded me of comedian Sam Kennison.
Fatties on scooters will not scoot. Annnnnnd, that guy rolled around like a turtle on his back but bounced right up there after. Medicaid and our tax dollars are being wasted.

I hardly noticed the actions of the driver given the issues with the guy on the scooter. Apparently, he loves this women so much that he tried to block her exit. He handled that with the absence of veracity inherent with most lazy, fat, opioid dependent and con artist scooter drivers.
