I decided to start him in my fantasy football league because he's my favorite to win NFL Rookie of the Year.

My reasoning consists of Kenny Stills possibly being out (and even if he did play, he wouldn't be fully healthy), the New Orleans Saints running a wide open offense and the Atlanta Falcons having a bad defense.

Am I in the same boat as anyone else?

I'm playing him in my league, partially because I'm a homer and I'm looking to have fun. I'd be happy with 5-6 receptions and 50-60 yards.

Any more than that (which I think is possible) would just be lagniappe.

I don't know what to think.

Everyone raved about him in practice. Reporters were just ejaculating over everything he did.

In game he's been pretty quiet, except for that TD. He's just been kind of silent.

It's almost as if Payton has underused him...

I have him in my FFL also. Going to wait a couple weeks before I start him. I want to see how they are going to utilize him and how he adjusts to the pro level.

I hope you are putting him in flex not WR1/2.

what the hell does that even matter? You earn the same points no matter if you have Cooks as WR1 and Megatron as your flex.

The possibility of a big day is there for sure.

I'd have to start him over Reggie Wayne (vs Den) but don't know if I have the stones to do it on the first game. Also I have him +700 to win ROY.

I keep going back and forth on this one. I have to pick one of:

-Cooks v Atlanta - Really think we're gonna use him in a lot of the same ways Seattle used Harvin, especially if ATL is keying bigtime on Graham

- Wayne v Denver - I really think Wayne is gonna have a big year this year. He has been awesome until he got hurt, and he has Luck so he'll get the ball. Don't love week one against Denver's new D though

-Johnson v Washington - Mr Reliable is who I have starting right now. I know he's been as consistent as they come, but I really think he takes a step back this year. He doesn't have anything worth a damn at QB, and I see Deandre Hopkins taking a leap in year two and taking away some touches

FVXK it I'm going with BCooks!!!!

4 catches for 52 yards and a TD
1 run for 6 yards

IDK about any return stats.
