Well that was quick. I'm glad to see WAFB posted such an in-depth story on it.

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
A judge quickly dismissed a lawsuit against US Sen. Mary Landrieu related to her residency that was filed by former US Senate candidate and current Louisiana Rep. Paul Hollis, R-Covington.

If someone seriously wants to take Mary down for not living in Louisiana, just subpoena her personal calendar. While it isn't a legal definition for proving residency, it would be actual proof instead of just conjecture (conjecture that is probably truth, but conjecture nonetheless).

You laugh.

But if the judge really was Wilson Fields, one has to wonder.

No, it's not in his trunk.

If Hurricane Katrina taught us anything, it's that money is hidden in the freezer.

Did Cleo's opponent from a few years ago ever upload that campaign ad of the guy digging through the dumpster for cash?

Funniest campaign ad I've ever seen. IN. MY. LIFE.

Best possible outcome for the GOP. Suit dropped on a technicality.

I do agree with this.

The optics on this whole thing were bad from the get-go. It reeked of desperation, when there's really no need to be desperate.

Not only that, but by a judge from a crooked political family known for bribery.
