A judge won't disqualify her from the ballot over this but it becomes yet another club for Cassidy to beat her over the head with.
Considering that she never broke away from Cassidy while spending all that money, the combination of this and all the charter stuff have to be eating away at her number.

If anyone is still considering voting for her at this point they are not paying attention to this at all. They are either paid off by her team or vote Dem with a blindfold on.

I have no idea. But, unlike Katrina Mary, it is HIS home. By your own statement, you admit that it is HIS HOME. I don't know how many days he has spent over the last year in HIS HOME. But, if he doesn't qualify under the Constitution, then he should be challenged.
I am not stupid enough to actually believe that Katrina Mary is still living and using her parent's basement as her primary residence. Despite all the evidence to the contrary, I don't believe you are this f*cking stupid either. Ir's just that you don't give a sh!t and will vote for any scumbag with a "D" behind its name. This issue isn't new. Republican Senator Pat Roberts has the same issue as did Richard Lugar. Yet I don't recall you posting, under this name or your other, that they are/were not qualified to run.

Residency attacks are a joke, and a pretty desperate tactic, IMO. She doesn't do anything that other members of congress don't do.

It's in a trust for estate tax purposes. And, she's one of MANY beneficiaries of that trust. Just like those poor downtrodden Clintons who pay "regular taxes" like "real fokes," the Landrieu's spent a lot of money getting estate tax planning.
