Possible Trade... T. Williams and Ridley/Miller for T. Rich...

A guy in my league is offering Terrance Williams and Ridley or Lamar Miller (my choice) for Trent Richardson.
Thoughts?
My WR's are D. Thomas, Fitz, Crabtree, Cooper, Andrew Hawkins.
My rbs are McCoy, Alfred Morris, T. Rich, B. Cunningham, and Andre Williams.

T-Rich is terrible and will quickly lose touches to Bradshaw and/or Herron. I would rather have Ridley.
Edit - did not see you were giving T-Rich
Do this trade. T-rich for williams is good and in Ridley(standard) or Miller (ppr), I would be happy with that.

So gives me more value, Martin or Ridley? Both are iffy, as is TR.
