I've googled, foun something on the IRS site, but not sure if I'm in the wrong place, as it won't work when I try to create a sign on.

I need a copy of my 2012 W2...of course I have 2013 and every year going back to 2003, but not 2012 lol.

Also wondering if there is a place to do this online, do you get em automatically, or at least quickly?

Thanks

Can you call the company you worked for?

Otherwise, you should be able to get an IRS Wage and Income Transcript online, will have most of the same info as a W-2.

Transcripts

You do have to pass some identify verification stuff.

Take it back, just completed all 6 steps, only for it to tell me the request couldn't be completed.

If your employer in 2012 was using a payroll service like ADP you should be able to download it from them or call and have it emailed.

Good call, my wife's employer does that.

I was finally able to get through with the link posted above after a few issues with getting error messages, but it finally worked and I got what I needed.

Thanks everyone!!!
