i have ZERO birds on my place which according to the ob location map is just down the road from you. are you seeing any?
the army worms put a SERIOUS hurt on my millet this year. supposedly, everyone in the area has had big probs with them this year.

Everyone always laughs at me for doing this but I have done it for 2-3 years in a row and have never had a problem with army worms or any worms. I use the ortho max blend for worms in all my food plots and its a total of 6 acres and I plant what I want when I want. Its off the shelf from home depot. A little pricy but saves my crops.

We didn't have any problem with millet or corn. The sunflowers we planted didn't come up though.

We're loaded with birds. We usually average 30+ limits on the first day

Now thats some good hunting and eating. Dove poppers for months like that. Heck I'd run out of ways to cook em

Same to you. We planted a 50 yard wide by 200 yard strip on each side of the millet and nothing so I'm guessing crows and lack of rain for 2 weeks after planting.

I haven't seen as many doves the last week around the house and in town as I usually do.
