Dustin Diamond hints at reconciliation with Saved By the Bell cast mates

Perhaps a Saved By the Bell reunion could be in the offing after this Lifetime film is released?

While Diamond and Voohries have kept in touch and worked together on independent film projects, Diamond says he hasn’t heard from the rest of the cast since he was 16, which was more than 20 years ago. Diamond was only 11 when filming of Saved by the Bell began, which socially isolated him from his mostly 14-year-old cast-mates.
“Some of [the cast] would go out to a bar or a restaurant, and I wasn’t invited,” Diamond says. “And at that age it hurts. And it was like, what am I? I haven’t earned my place?”
Diamond, however, says there are no hard feelings. “No one holds on to a grudge over two decades.” But, depending on the backlash from the Lifetime film, Diamond said that “maybe reaching out to the cast members after all this time would be a good thing.”

The weirdest thing to me is how incredibly unlikeable DD is IRL. I mean it's obviously been proven and publicly documented how terrible he is as a human being over the past 15 years or so. But what I'm saying is, that in like 89 when I was 10, I'd just assume he was really a lovable goofball, kind of like uncle Joey Gladstone on Full House, who also happens to be a royal prick.
It's just weird to me that he turned out to be such a fricking butthole.

Well, I mean the entire cast went on to have some sort of career after SBTB except for him:
Mario Lopez: Successful tv host
Mark Paul Gossealear: NYPD Blue and Franklin and Bash
Tiffani Thiessen: 90210
Elizabeth Berkley: CSI (I had to google that one)
Lark Voorhies: did soap operas for a few years
The most DD did is shitty reality shows and a porn. His bad for obviously hiring agents and managers who didn't know how to manage his career.
