I know.....I am starting to wonder if spending cash on new, state of the art stadiums, is not the way to go.....instead if pouring hundreds of millions into an old stadium.
Houston's new stadium caught my attention but this is something that really appeals to me.

Being right on the Brazos, they did a great job of adding the Baylor Basin that runs right up to the stadium and opening up sailgating. Daugher called around 3 and said they have more and more boats coming in and the area around the stadium was packed.

Bandwagon but that's is to be expected from a small baptist school who has a history of getting their asses handed to them.
However, they have always played in a dump, so the hope is that this stadium will raise the fan support.
