I can't lie either Dodd seems to be a bit of a disappointment from what I've seen him do in the drills and from some inside sources

Is that why he became available at the end of the recruitment. Bama must have brought him in and possibly he did not cut it for them. Did he camp at LSU or they went on film only? I agree from what I saw in the Big Cat Drills he got hammered each time and badly beaten...

Dodd, if you are reading this, please get mad and work hard in practice and pump some iron to get stronger cause you need it kid. We LSU fans are rooting for you and most tell it like it is. Take whatever you read here like a man cause you need thick skin to be around these parts.

He straight up flipped. Bama wanted him. No surprise considering how dominant he was in HS. Played every offensive line position and TE. Notched double digit pancakes his senior year.

Did you miss the Sam Houston St game? He looked better than the majority of first time starters at center.

I took a ride up Notre Dame way a couple of years ago..to South Bend...what a dump of a town...I mean a real dead end place...take out N.D. and there is absolutely nothing left...I wouldn't even consider spending one year there, much less four! jmho

I've been to ND also and I agree. However, if you take LSU out of Baton Rouge it is a dump of a city with lots of crime.

But if you take LSU out of Baton Rouge, you can still fish in sportsman's paradise, go to New Orleans to party and eat, go to Lafayette to party and eat..........and dodge hurricanes.......

And it gets cold at Notre Dame.

Really, really cold.

There are days when that icy wind will just rip through you.

don't forget the lake effect snow, where it will snow for 3-5 days solid just because the wind happens to be blowing in the right direction

I went to college about 30 miles from South Bend. I'd do it again but the weather is pretty miserable.

Baton Rouge is a vibrant metropolis compared to that "bump in the road"...it's nothing but a very small hick town...not a city by any stretch...just the facts, maam, just the facts....
