Besides the salary what could it be?

For me grading test because I feel these students should know the material and they've shown in the past they know the material, but when it comes to a test they put the Mississippi River is in South America.

Like everything else in life, people. I hate them. I wish they'd go away.

For me its the uncertainty of the job, every day its something new. I like to know what I'm walking into when I walk through the doors.

I hate that I don't make the money that I used to. I'm just happy that I'm able to work at all now

Too much administrative/paper work stuff. Being a manager of engineers is not as technical as I would like. I miss the technical part sometimes

NO SET SCHEDULE.

I'm a free lance per diem guy.

Of course, no set schedule is also the best part

I wish I had less of a set schedule. Old job allowed you to come in and work your 8 hours within a reasonable period. I would work from 7-4 or so. New job is 8-5 and I hate that.
