Shrimp poboy problem with wife. WWYD?

Wife was supposed to be gone all day. Mine plan was supposed to be flip back and forth between football and the Open, drink some beer and eat a shrimp poboy I've had an ahnvee for. Wife called and said weather is too bad and she's gonna come home. Problem is I only have 8 shrimp that I didn't cook last night. FWIW, my wife would crawl over broken glass for a shrimp poboy. Would you:
A. Wait on wife and split a small poboy
B. Quickly fry shrimp, dress and eat poboy and destroy all evidence.
Went to Rouses and picked up some. Man, those store bought shrimp don't have any taste.
