Selecting a hot young trainer belies your real intention. Sitting on the workout bench and yapping incessantly about your personal life does too. It also prevents others from getting their workout in. Just beat off or see a shrink. You'll never lose that belly otherwise.

I work out at Planet Fitness on my lunch break during the week and I always see their "trainers" leading a pack of older folks around from machine to machine.
Kind of comical since the trainers aren't really in good shape and could stand to do the workout with the people they are training.
