NOLA stays safe for the entire year except Decadence weekend, when the gays bring their thuggish behavior to the city. Raising property values and our crime rate.

That is also a busy bus stop for inner city kids. Likely some first week of school bs.

I was on Ramapart and Canal this am and there were way more bad boys than normal, not surprised.

I think I'm thinking of the scary bus stop on Elk.
