Which offensive linemen are we still pursuing? From what i have read it seems to be

At OT:
Jerry Tillery
24/7
RIVALS
FILM
William Sweet
24/7
Rivals
FILM
Emanuel McGrit
24/7
Rivals
FILM

Would Love to maybe some how add Abdul Bello to the list. He is currently committed to FSU but has great and quick footwork

24/7
Rivals
FILM

Were good in the interior of the line with last years class and with the possibility of Adrian Magee or Matt Womack playing in the inside but if there is one guy i would love to add it would be Patrick Vahe, he is currently committed to Texas and is cousins of Maea & Sione Teuhema. There were rumors when they first flipped to LSU that he would flip but he swore his pledge to Texas during the summer. Would be nice to have the whole family on board and open up a samoan pipeline.

Rivals
FILM

Thoughts and Opinions?

Also, Martez Ivey out of Florida. And Womack is an OT. Miles and Grimes love his footwork and agility.

It would be nice to pull in MArtez Ivey but i would say we are on the outside looking in at a UF vs AU battle. but i would say we may be the third team. Womack could be a steal, a way better version of Josh Wiliford with better and quicker footwork

Agreed about Ivey probably being a longshot. Just mentioned him as a guy the staff is trying to make inroads with.

Another guy who might be someone the staff is still evaluating and that really intrigues me is Oshea Dugas. Not sure if he's being viewed more as an OT or DT. Maybe he is a guy who gets an offer during or just after the season, depending on how he performs.

Something else I wonder, if Boutte or Brumfield swing out to tackle, might the staff consider pursuing one more interior guy, too? And if so, who? Burguillos? Eloph?

Boutte is at OT currently so maybe that helps but if think it has more to do with a lack of depth than where he should play.

Tillery and Sweet are the 2 it seems Grimes would love to have. I think we land one of them honestly. I actually like Sweet more than Tillery as a LT prospect. His upside is through the roof. Very Hawkins like to me

After this season do you see hawkins swinging out to LT or let's say vadal stays he's apparently trimmed back down to his freshen year weight , he gets kicked out to LT and plugin brumfield at guard. I do think vandals feet may not be quick enough

Oshea actually didn't look to bad he has quick feet and is pretty fast and looks athletic for his size, he just plays really high so he really needs to work on his technique

Nah. Neither is Alexander. Both will come back, IMO. Alexander helped talk Collins into coming back

All of these OL that come out early had better have their ducks aligned in a row...just saying...maturity is important especially for OLs...

What position would you say a lack of maturity isn't as important?

If our OL is considered good this year, I dread seeing what next year's line will be. Watching the Wisconsin replay, we didn't block worth a crap for 75% of the game. Say what you want, but that ain't gonna cut it in SEC play.

The Miss. St. game is what I'm looking forward to...that should tell us the truth about our OL...the next two weeks should be good opportunities to gel together...
