What a great day that was.

I still love seeing videos of Penn State/OSU fans reactions, too

Top 2 teams kept on losing and then the pollsters went full retard. And if that wasn't enough the Rose Bowl picks Illinois to face USC over Georgia.

Was that the same year as the Stanford over USC upset? I actually thought that was a bigger upset than this one. Wasn't Stanford starting a walk-on QB who had never played before?

The joke is on Ped State considering they lost to Michigan later in the year

The only reason it mattered so much...is because Michigan.

One of the greatest schools in America...both academically and athletically.

It was a shock.

And maybe a cow bell...that...focusing so much on the academics...isn't going to get it done...

The world had changed...you had schools and entire conferences that didn't care about that.

Yep. Same night as the UF-LSU game. Tiger Stadium exploded when they announced the score.

No doubt. And didn't Michigan end up finishing with a decent record? Not like they were ranked 5th and then finished 4-8 or anything.

They got smoked by Oregon the next week, then won the next right before dropping to Wisco and OSU. Then beat Urbz and Tebow in the bowl.

i was at the Dome, watching Missouri and Illanoy play. My father was texting me the play by play of it.

We always call each other when a huge upset is about to happen, to let the other know to flip it on.. We loves our sports.

Now that's just mean...

How about the celebration video when LSU couldn't cross the 50?

(ETA: Should have won the national title that year IMO and were screwed....no team should have to beat another team twice.)
