Tiger Seat backs scam this year?

I've ordered seatbacks over 2 weeks ago and they never sent email for confirmation although they have confirmation numbers on file. They claim the email system was overloaded and would receive confirmation within 24 hours. 2 weeeks still no email. Now when you call the number it converts over to a busy signal after about 8 rings. Anyone else having problems getting confirmation?

I've heard the seat backs don't fit on the bleachers in the new section, but they're rigging them on there anyway and it may not be too stable
