This scene proves Jason Alexander was the best actor on Seinfeld.

He's the only one who could make an othwerise unfunny line hilarious.

He says it with such angst, it makes me laugh everytime I see it.

But it is his second best line compared to "because, because, as the leader, if I die, all hope is lost."

Not just his dialogue, but all of his facial expressions and hand gestures just add to the awesomeness of his character. One of my favorite characters of all time, if not my favorite.

Michael Richards did that quite often as well.

Jason Alexander was hilarious and watching Curb you realize how much he was emulating Larry David when acting in that role.

My top 2 all time favorite George moments:

First is when he explains his breakup with Marlene:

The sea was angry that day, my friends, like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli!

I love it when he does the opposite and everything works out.

"Who are you George Costanza.'

"I'm the opposite of every man you've ever met."

"I was in Real Estate but I quit because my boss wouldn't let me use his personal bathroom."

"I worked in Publishing and got fired for having sex with the cleaning woman"

Man:"Do you talk like this to everyone. My Niece told me you were different.I gotta tell you, you're the opposite of every other candidant."

I love when he tries to justify eating a half-eaten eclaire out of the trash can

Naw... They all said the line as their character would say it.

I like Elaine's delivery the best

I tell you I gotta plead ingnorance on this thing because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing was frouned upon, you know, cause I've worked in a lot of offices and I tell you peope do that all the time."

My girlfriend and I use this line almost daily.

My favorite George moment/episode is Opposite George, though. When he declares it his religion... that's the best.

My other favorite is when he makes a bed under his desk at the Yankees' front office.

George and Elaine carried that show. They both were so good at their craft.

George -- "it wasn't even really in the trash, more like on top of it."

Jerry's line always makes me laugh -- "Adjacent to refuse is refuse."
