I have the first overall pick and every time in my mock drafts I get to my second round pick at number 24 Gronkowski is sitting there. Its a non-PPR league. Is he gonna be the old Gronk?

I have no information except that the Patriots acquired a TE from the Bucs today.

I had the first overall pick in one of my leagues and took a chance with the 25th pick on gronk. it's a gamble but worth the risk imo

I got gronk in the 4th round in one of my leagues. I would pick him late 2nd/3rd. But he is a steal in the 4th imo

gronk is gonna be gronk as long as he's on the field

the risk is him no being healthy, the risk is.not whether hell produce if he is healthy

also the trade for Tim wright is not something you should add into your equation when you're figuring out if you want to draft him

I don't like Gronk at his current price (late 2nd). I just don't trust the guy until he plays like the old Gronk in a game. I would prefer Julius in the late third but would consider Gronk in the 4th a decent deal. In all my drafts there has always been someone I liked more than him at my spots.

You may not be dumb but you sound dumb. Every time Gronk plays he's Gronk. Julius disappears if he isn't catching TD's

50/50 proposition.

Big dude whose position dictates going over middle. And a bad back?

5-6th tight end I think.

If you knew he was healthy he is probably higher than jimmy. Brees has many more weapons. Brady will throw the ball to him 20 times.

He didn't produce last year. Yes, of course he was injured. He has yet to come back from that injury. We heard all last year about speculation that he was coming back. I just don't trust him at his ADP. I don't see how that makes me 'dumb'

Eta not to mention how the Pats are with injury disclosure

He hasn't played a full season since 2011

he produced when he was on the field.
if you don't trust his health, that makes sense....but not trusting his production when he i on the field is retarded

That's what I have been saying the whole time. Until he proves he is healthy and fully recovered, I don't trust him. I would have liked to see him ready in preseason before I trust him. Like I said, he hasn't played a full season since 2011.

Eta that's my point, we haven't seen him on the field at 100% in a while

we're not allowed to question a player's level of play following ACL surgery?

You mean pre-ACL surgery? My question was, are we not allowed to question a player post-ACL surgery?

Yes. And this injury will have a direct effect on his production on the field.

The TE signing is a decent sign that he's not ready to start the season.

What? He's questioning the level of play. His level of play should never be questioned
