Will try and keep this short and to the point as possible.

Wife had Toyota 4Runner that was paid off and got into wreck two weeks ago and of course was totaled. Goal is to not get into any kind of car note. After all is said and done should have about 20k to spend plus a couple grand to pay for tt&l. Done some looking around and she has decided she would like to get a nicely equipped used '08 or '09 Tahoe/Yukon or Expedition.
Would like to get any personal experience on those vehicles good and/or bad. Thanks

Why not another Toyota in that price range?

Of those, I'd pick the Yukon.

Honestly she doesn't want another one. Had it for years and was really sad and broken up about it. Said she wants something different. But that may change in a few days

I'd definitely get another 4Runner before I would consider buying any GM product.

Just get her a Fiat and tell your kids to walk or take the bus.

A DeLorean is what you're looking for.

I got a used Navigator with low mileage from Texas Auto Direct a few years ago and was really happy with the deal. It's been a pretty good vehicle as well.

Tough one...

GM interior quality was only average for the years you are looking at, but the drivetrains were top notch. Expeditions have never quite been as good in that segment.

Drive them both, then decide.

I would have her drive the following before deciding

Nissan Pathfinder
Nissan Armada

Toyota Sequoia

Honda Pilot

IF she still wants one of those three choose the Yukon or Expedition - they both are boring.
