It is called the Scrambler, sold at Mickies dairy bar in Madison,Wisconsin. ESPN did a report on this a few years ago. It is a giant mound of potatoes, eggs, cheese, and gravy. The typical scrambler weighs over two pounds.

Would you eat this?

So, it's like every concoction in a college dorm after smoking a fat bowl. How awesome.

I think this meal was shown by ESPN during 2007. At the end of the season, ESPN asked in a poll which meal, out of twelve distinct ones associated with a different school each week, was the best. This monster got 78% of the vote.

there is no meat and probably no seasoning. it may be ok as a small side dish but 2 pounds would probably kill me.

Wisconsin has the best damn cheese in the country though.

If they put cheddar on it. American cheese is garbage. I don't know why anybody would use it.

Sure I'd eat it. It ain't as good as what we're used to, but sure I'd eat it.

And so would most of you.

When I went to a game in Madison the only food I remember seeing, and eating, was bratwurst. They were damn good bratwurst. So when I think of Wisconsin football the only meal I associate is bratwurst.

A couple from Wisconsin cooked fish for our church group. They served boiled fish, corn and potatoes with absolutely no seasoning. Worst food I have ever eaten. For me Wisconsin and food should not be used in the same sentence.
