Kids with Ipads in Church? Have you seen this?

Yesterday I saw 2 different kids (both prob under 3) playing on Ipads in church.Can parents not teach kids to go an hour without electronics these days?

They haven't gotten to iPads yet, but iPhones and whatever the new game boys are called are everywhere.

So you want two under three year olds to sit still and quiet for an hour at a boring church service?
You'd be complaining if they cried and acted up the whole time.
I see nothing wrong with letting the kid use something that will keep them occupied and quiet. They're too young to get anything out of church anyway.

Yeah, that's what I was wondering. Anytime I've gone to church the little kids go to either nursery or a kids service.

I personally like the parents that whip these out at Friday night football games to record video and take pictures.

Exactly. The attention span of a preschool kid is literally like 10-15 minutes tops.
Also, did the OP see what they kids were doing on their iPad? There's a good chance that iPad is actually their Bible. Both my kids use their iPads in this manner and they're far from the exception in this regard at our Church.
