Some smoke on several sports rants that they won't be on the air much longer. Anyone know what's going on? Greenberg has been off the air a lot lately, several wks in a row recently.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is a big ole pile of bunk. Those guys have a great slot, grate schedules and make gr8 money. ESPN loves them because they're mediocre and safe.
Maybe they are in contract negotiations and are pushing for more money than ESPN thinks they're worth and this is just info leaked by their agents to freak ESPN out.
Most importantly, who gives a shite and or a frick?

The link is on a Tiger Rant thread about SVP. As for the possibilities, Greenberg slipped up a mth or so ago & made some on the air comment about new opportunities coming & shut up when Golic shot him a hard look. Did read on some website that Greenberg makes $1M and Golic not as much.
