Will the grand jury indict Darren Wilson?

If not, what will the reaction be in Ferguson - and elsewhere?

Won't even be indicted unless there is more evidence we don't know about.

He will be indicted and a trial will occur in about a year or so but no one will care. Everyone will move on because the further we get from a "crime" the less emotion is involved.

Btw, how can he possibly get a fair trial?

I really don't know but I hope they come to the right decision based on evidence alone.

I think he will be indicted, venue moved, not guilty of any and all charges

Cop will get off because he's innocent and it will be used as a rallying point for the communists to say that the system is stacked against blacks.

Don't know. Don't know what happened. I hope for justice. Unfortunately, the waters are so muddied that the truth and justice are impossible.

Yes.

I think he'll be acquitted though. There's not enough evidence. He may lose if there is a civil trial, however.

They will determine the order of contact of the 6 bullets will be the first 4 were the arm shots, the 5th was the one into the right eye while he was leaning very slightly forward and the 6th and final one was to the crown of the head while he was falling forward from shot #5. Shots #5 and #6 will be determined to have been fired only 1 second apart, maybe even half a second. The officer fired #6 before he saw/knew the effect of shot #5. #5 took him down and #6 was the fatal shot. Distance from which those final 2 shots were fired will be the determining factor.

File this away ...

Still undecided since we don't know all the evidence. If he indeed had a broken eye socket and there are the "12 people corroborating the officers story" then no way in hell the DA gets a true bill.

If only the confirmed info is presented, then I think it's possible to get an indictment, but no way there's a conviction in the end.

I'd want to see the knuckles of all 12 of those people - just to make sure.

Agreed - no bill from the GJ. Just so they can say "see? We tried!". Eerily similar to GZ/TM case because of the WH influence.

Indicted to appease protesters. Found innocent a year later when nobody cares

I would like to know what kind of performance this guy turned in at the firing range. If he was a good shot, missing his target several times may have something to do with not being able to see out of the eye that got busted.

There's far too much political pressure for this not to go to trial. Holder will pressure the current DA to sway the grand jury to go to trial or he will find a DA who will.

Question - Does the statement of MO governor Jay Nixon today that he wants a "vigorous prosecution" of the officer give grounds to the officer's legal team to challenge any indictment?

It is one thing for the race clowns like Sharpton, Jackson, and Spike Lee to do this. It is far different for the state's governor to do this.

No True Bill. The GJ only sees what the DA wants them to, and the DA has as much as said he doesn't want an indictment.
