well since this isn't the first time he's done it...then yes

Yeah, I could.
Plus he's sloppy and getting caught says he doesn't care what happens next.

Very length and hotly debated thread yesterday and today. Bump it and join in the fun.

I'm sure you can still get some people to argue with.

Yes, I would. I also support charging him with child endangerment for having his young children pushing a stalled vehicle on a dark, narrow roadway.

You're the only one. Nobody else here has a job.

I would be curious how this story would change if it was discovered the father was impaired as well.
My question - assuming the father went and got the gun, immediately following the crash, how did he know the driver was impaired? Doesn't retrieving a weapon and shooting someone with full intent, because you are hysterical about an accident involving your children still constitute murder? Unless temporary insanity and crime of passion.
The timeline insinuates this all occurred in a very short time frame and I just don't see how the dad would know the guy was intoxicated. I would have assumed any impairment of the 20 yr old was due to the crash and mowing 2 kids down.
And have we found out just how intoxicated he was? .08 or less? The media loves to sensationalize everything. Right now, I see a very imbalanced father who committed a pre-meditated act of murder.

He didn't. But don't let that change anything, he's a hero.
