Instructions are available? My husbands friend does this constantly while saying he knows how to do things he obviously can't do.

It's a bad habit we picked up from trying to fix women. Give us an instruction manual for that and we can start creating better habits all around going forward.

we don't break them. we just fix them too much and you need to call someone to break it a little more to work correctly.

Do you use instructions while making sandwiches?
Posted on 8/18/14 at 8:31 pm to madamsquirrel
I hung two doors out of four this weekend before realizing they were split jamb doors. I screwed up a lot of stuff and took about 5 hours to do the first two. Took me 45 minutes each to hang the second two once I realized I what I was working with .
To be fair to me, I did look up instructions for hanging door frames, just not the specific kind I had bought.

it takes like 10x longer if you read the instructions.

Depends on what it is. Replacing boards or patching concrete, plumbing? I'll do that myself. Anything electrical and I pass. But I'd rather hire someone to do all of it. Baller style baby.

The honest honest here is men are more risk taking then women.
