I mean enough is enough. I don't see any other coaches carrying on about eating crazy shite.

I don't see the upside of these antics

I could see a 17 year old kid saying "I'm not playing for that grass eating clown"

People in diff parts of the country know Les Miles as the coach who eats grass... They dont follow LSU sports like we all do. They dont really care about LSU or pay attention to LSU.

But most of the people across the country know Les as the coach who eats grass... so ESPN and other media outlets use it and run with it because whats how most of the country knows who he is.

If a 17-year old kid cares more about Miles' diet than Miles' ability to get you to the next level, then best of luck to him.

Agreed. And, imo, Miles gives the best pregame speeches in all of college football.

It doesn't matter where you go to college, if you are NFL good, you will get there.

NFL is full of guys from tiny schools no one has ever heard of

The whole grass thing isn't bad per se, but it has been run into the ground lately.

We aren't known for eating grass.... Les is.

There's a difference. Our program and players don't eat grass... Les has a few times and one was caught on video and exploded in the media.

But when people think of LSU they don't think of guys eating grass. When they think if Les Miles... They might.

And dude you're reaching with the whole "grass eating thing hurts us in recruiting"....

I mean really Les Miles doing random things with grass is insignificant to me.

I hardly ever think about it. I'm too busy doing other things like living my life.
