Help determine the Rant's collective games attened streak: 1999 and before

How far back does the Rant go in attending all games consecutively? Trying to determine how far back all posters on the Rant can go.
So far posters have attended games from the 2014 Outback Bowl all the way back to 11/13/99, a home loss to Houston.
One the clock is he 11/6/99 game @ Alabama.
Were you at that game? See if we can continue the streak.

Only usually make 1 road game a year. As far as home games, haven't missed one since Auburn 2007. (Only game I've missed since 2005).

I know we are talking about home, away and bowl games. I rarely get to travel to games anymore, but I was a freshman in 1984 and have not missed a home game since.

I know. My wife's brother was on the Dizzy Dean team that won the World Series that year and they were having an event that night at a bar to raise money to buy rings and crap for the team. Figured since they had a bunch of tv's, it wouldn't hurt to miss the game. I've never been so mad after a win, not even after the Tennessee debacle. She never told me not to go to the game but after that I told her I'd never miss another home game unless extreme circumstances.

I know this doesn't apply to the rant, but I haven't heard of a longer home game streak. From 1986-2008, my dad only missed one home game because my sister was born on a Saturday.
