How easy is it to win in traffic court?

I got a ticket for an expired inspection sticker. Court date is coming up. Is this an easy win or not? I've heard that cops get paid overtime for showing up to court or something.

Many times if you show you changed it they will drop it.

Try showing up and asking the City Attorney to drop it. Tell him you got it fixed and won't let it happen again. Worst case scenario is having to pay it, and it's a non moving.

Not familiar with LA law, but is that stand alone violation. In other words, does it constitute PC for a vehicle stop in LA?

Even if the cop doesn't show you should be convicted.

About as easy as getting out of a 4 year "friend zone"

You win if the cop doesn't show. Otherwise, no chance. It's pretty black and white. I've had friends beat speeding infractions (challenging whether or not the device used to detect them was properly and recently calibrated), but they spent $400 on a lawyer to beat a $180 ticket. I guess it could balance out in savings to insurance if you already have a bad record.

You should hire a good attorney. Maybe Frank Desalvo can help you with this.

You have to play your cards right but it can be done

Pay DeSalvo to represent you on a $75 ticket which doesn't go on your record?

Most of the time, yes

I've taken cases in traffic court. They're actually fun.

When is it set? If I'm in the area I'll go down there and handle it.

Serious question...are you retarded? Yes moron, it's an easy win if the cop mistakenly can't read numbers! Like the number of the month it expired, dumbass.
