Got a dilemma, need advice

I have a female friend. She is a widow and her deceased husband and I were once good friends. She and I have remained close since. I've know her about 12 years. She now has a boyfriend of about 5 years. Her "good friend" is a real trashy ho to the point no one ever wants to be around because of how nasty and embarrassing she is. So my friends BF has apparently been banging the ho bag friend. He feels compelled to tell me about it to which I tell him not to tell me because of my friendship with his girlfriend. He has turned into a real dick bag and I would rather not be around him either. My friend is crazy about him and seems to make her happy.
She was devastated when her husband passed and I know it's a matter of time before this a hole hurts her.
Should I
A. Tell her what I know
B. Honor the bro code
C. Warn him about this
D. Shut the F up and mind my own business.

I don't consider myself friends with the trash. She is not trashy but extremely naive. She seems to be happy with him. I feel like I should tell her but she has been through so much with her husbands death. I believe if I told her she would be in denial and be pissed at me.

The fact is if the friend were a dude, OP wouldn't hesitate to tell him.
I don't see why you wouldn't tell her. 12 years of friendship? And you're just gonna let her get screwed over by some a-hole? Possibly getting an STD?

That's a good point. Just hate that she is so in love with this prick and I know it will not go over well when I tell her. Besides losing her husband she has been trough a ton of shite.

Nope. Never wanted to, never will. She is a 5 at best. Back in the day she was pretty fine but she blew up and is a heavy smoker
