First time visiting Johnston Boucaniere in years

You can't can't ask for a better lunch anywhere else. The sausage and Tasso sauce picante was so good today. A couple days ago I got the grilled cheese and boudin sandwich with sauce on the side and the 13 hour cooked pulled pork brisket and grilled cheese sandwich.

their gumbo is incredible. you can get a gumbo plate lunch, a link of boudin, and a root beer for $9 over there.

I was introduced to the Parrain Special last weekend. My fragile little mind just couldn't process how that could be good, but it was. A+. Would eat again.
